Ihre Aufgaben

• Create High Level SW Project Plan
• Create, prioritize & maintain Product Backlog (Epics, Stories)
• Convey vision, goals to Scrum Team
• Planning and development of resources
• Manage external / internal Change Request
• Interface with Customer (OEM, Program Teams)
• Responsibility of success of project and costumer representation
• Coordination and surface with costumer
• Feedback to Program Team on Software Readiness
• Lead program’s software quote
• Organization and facilitation of workshops
• Synchronization between sub-products, maximize reuse
• Respect quality requirements of the Software Design Process

Ihr Profil

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar (Bachelor, Master or similar)
• At least 5 years experiences in the automotive industry in the field of software development internally and with the customer
• Leading Engineering Activities
• Scrum experience and awareness
• Working in distributed team environment
• Appropriate work experience in the field of embedded software
• Good German and English skills
• MS Office Skills
• Independently working and communication strong team player
